
Robert Dobrient is our Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to establishing Savoya in 2000, Mr. Dobrient was co-founder and President of Max America, a same-day delivery and logistics firm that won Inc. 500 honors 3 consecutive years in the mid '90's. In 1997, Max was acquired by Dynamex, Inc., a leading consolidator in the time critical distribution industry. Mr. Dobrient is a Director at Triumph Consolidated, a Dallas-based bank holding company, and Triumph Commercial Finance. He is also Director at Advance Business Capital, a leading finance company in the for-hire transportation space. In addition, Dobrient serves on the Board of the Murphy Center for Entrepreneurship at University of North Texas, where he earned his BBA in 1985. Mr. Dobrient's also serves as a mentor and Board member at Mercy Street, a program supporting inner-city youths in West Dallas. He resides in Dallas with his wife and two daughters.

Sherri Hogstad, Senior Vice President, joined Savoya in 2002 and is responsible for the management and development of the Meetings & Events division of Savoya. She has overall responsibility for delivery of comprehensive logistics solutions to corporate meeting planners. Sherri has been in the logistics business for over thirty years. She currently resides in Flower Mound, Texas with her husband Randy. She enjoys spending time with their grandchildren and traveling.

Krista Conaway joined Savoya in 2006 and is responsible for leading the Savoya sales team towards new opportunities for growth as well as developing great relationships with customers. Krista graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in English and Communications. Over the years, she's gained valuable customer service experience while working at Southwest Airlines, Fossil, and J. Walter Thompson. She currently lives in North Texas with her husband and two children and is a member of NBAA and MPI. If she could book a vacation tomorrow, she'd schedule a trip to Hood River, Oregon or to watch Roger Federer play at Wimbledon.

Jen Benich, Director, Meetings & Events, joined Savoya in 2007 and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Savoya Meetings & Events Team. She is responsible for the delivery of client proposals, on-site scheduling, and customer care. Jen graduated from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas with a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Nutrition and has previously worked at Baylor Hospital. She currently lives in Flower Mound, Texas with her husband, daughter and French Bull Dog.

James Swenson, Director, Client Care joined Savoya in 2006 and is responsible for creating, evaluating, and enhancing Savoya service initiatives. James earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Texas and Master's from Southern Methodist University. Before joining Savoya, James' career path was in higher education where he served in administrative staff positions and coordinated training and development programs. James currently lives in North Dallas with his wife Angela and son Roman.

Andrew Crawford, Operations Manager, joined Savoya in 2005 and is responsible for the Savoya Operations Team. The Savoya Operations Team manages the execution of trips associated with all Business Aviation and Commerical Air travel. Additionally, Andrew is responsible for the training, development, and coaching of the Savoya Command and Control team. Andrew grew up in the Southeast of England before emigrating to the Dallas area where he continues to live with his wife and daughter.

Josie Guerra, Revenue Processing Manager, joined Savoya in 2005 and is responsible for the leading the Savoya team tasked with billing and invoicing Savoya customers. Before joining Savoya Josie managed a Dallas Insurance and Investment Brokerage office for 18 years. She currently lives in Mesquite with her husband of 33 years.

Melissa Gray, Corporate Controller, joined Savoya in 2006 and is responsible for executing Savoya's accounting processes and the delivery of financial reports. Melissa graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2006 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. She currently lives in Waxahachie with her husband and twin daughters.

Meagan Gleason, Senior Director, Performance Improvement, joined Savoya in 2004. She leads the team tasked with the global management of Savoya's fleet of vehicles and chauffeurs. Meagan is also responsible for the team of engineers designing, developing, and testing new functionality within Savoya's proprietary applications. Meagan and her team have rolled out leading edge technology that creates efficiencies for the Savoya team and makes life easier for our clients. Meagan studied Business Management at the University of North Texas. She currently lives in Dallas with her husband and child, and is a live music enthusiast.
