Savoya cannot guarantee a preferred driver will be available for future reservations, and we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible to increase the likelihood of a preferred driver accepting your trip.
Black car service is not on demand like ride-share companies. Drivers on our platform are in high demand, and their schedules often fill up weeks in advance. We encourage you to book and secure your vehicle and driver as soon as you know the itinerary details.
Special events are a term used when there is a unique situation happening in a market that will cause a low driver and vehicle availability. Drivers on our network typically raise their hourly rates or minimums to offset the increase in demand. Even if you aren't attending the event, availability will be low in that area and subject to the temporary rate increase.
There are several reasons— a vehicle may not be available to book in your online portal. Typically, it means that the market you're searching in does not support that particular vehicle type. It could also mean that the vehicle type is sold out at the time of booking. Our support team is here to help and may be able to bring a vehicle from another city or find other alternative solutions.
