In order to match client vehicle requests to you, we must know what vehicles you have available in your fleet. We suggest adding all vehicles that your business owns to your vehicle fleet list with us, to allow us to match client requests and for easy assignment when a trip is offered to you.
To add a vehicle to your fleet list, open the menu by pressing the button and select ‘Vehicles.’ You will be placed on the list of the vehicles you have available for assignment on trips. To create a new vehicle, press the “+ Vehicle” Button.
The form will ask you for the following information, all fields are required:
Vehicle Name: Whatever you would like to use as a quick reference to your vehicle. This nickname will be displayed in reservation lists when selecting the vehicle you assign. Often this is the license plate of the vehicle or model of the vehicle. For example, “EGT101” or “2021 Escalade.”
Vehicle Type: Select the corresponding Vehicle Type. Below is an example list of each vehicle type.
Sedan: Lincoln Continental, Cadillac XTS, Mercedes E-Class
S-Class: Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A-8
SUV: Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, Yukon Denali, Lincoln Navigator
Sprinter: Mercedes Sprinter Van
MPV: Mercedes Viano
*Please note, vehicles are not limited to what is listed. This list serves as an example for the vehicle classes.
License Plate Number: Enter the license plate number of the vehicle.
VIN: Enter the VIN number for the vehicle. Entering the VIN is required and will automatically populate the Make, Model, and Year.
Make, Model, Year: Enter a valid VIN for these fields to be filled.
Color: Please select the color of the vehicle from the drop down.
Middle Row Seat (SUV Only): Select the configuration of the middle row of seats in your SUV (Captains Chairs or Bench Seating). This helps us match client requests with your vehicle and determine passenger count.
Once all fields have been completed, select “Create” and the vehicle will be added to your fleet.
Any new vehicle that is added must be reflected as covered by the automobile insurance policy that Savoya is listed on the COI and as Additionally Insured. If the vehicle added is new to the fleet, ensure that you send an updated COI to savoya@certrax.net with the vehicle listed on the policy.
Once a vehicle has been added, there is no modifications allowed. If any details were entered incorrectly, delete the vehicle by selecting the red “Delete” button and then proceed to re-enter the correct vehicle information.
If a vehicle is no longer in your fleet or if you would not like to have it available for Savoya trips, select the red “Delete” button next to the vehicle to remove it from your fleet list.
To create a new driver profile, press the menu icon in the top right hand corner and select the ‘Drivers’ option. Before creating the driver, look through the list provided to ensure that the driver has not already been created, any matching phone number or email address will prompt an error when trying to create the profile.If a profile does not exist for the driver, press the “+ Driver” button, located in the top left hand corner.
Proceed to add the driver’s First Name, Last Name, Email address, Phone Number, and a Professional Photo of the driver. Once this information has been entered, press “Create.” This will create the driver and allow them to be assigned to an upcoming reservation.
Savoya Operations and Travelers will only reach out to drivers directly in relation to an active, ongoing trip. A driver’s direct phone number is required so that our team or traveler can contact their driver.
The driver’s email address that is entered will be the email address a driver will use to login to the Savoya EXP Driver App to execute the trip. Upon creating the driver profile, the driver will receive an email to confirm and set a password for their driver account.
To modify or delete a driver profile, press the menu icon in the top right hand corner and select the ‘Drivers’ option. A list of available driver profiles will then be presented to you.
Find the driver profile that you would like to modify and click on the driver’s name.
You will then be placed on the driver’s profile page, where you can edit their contact information, professional photo, Covid-19 vaccination record, or delete the driver.
Any change to the email address in the driver profile, will result in a change of the email address that the driver will use to log in to the Savoya EXP Driver App when executing a trip.
All driver headshots should be professional in appearance. This photo will be a driver’s first impression to our passenger and will be a key way that a passenger will identify their driver at the pickup location. Photos need to follow the below guidelines:

If you would like to provide Savoya with information regarding your vaccinated drivers, we encourage you to do so. Within the driver profile, select “Add Vaccination.”
Provide the date of the driver’s Final Vaccination (for two dose vaccinations, this would be the date when the 2nd dose was given) along with selecting the Vaccine manufacturer from the drop down list.

Hourly Rate
To create an hourly rate, press the “+ Hourly Rate” button in the “Hourly Rates” Section.
Enter your rate (enter the rate with dollars and cents, for example “65.00”), minimum billable hours, cancellation hours (This is the window before the trip in which you will bill if there is a cancel), and rate start date.
The field for rate “End Date” can be filled out if rates expire after a certain date. We recommend keeping this field empty to prevent rates from expiring and interrupting trip offers.
Once you have filled out the needed information, press “Create” to create the rate.
Transfer Rates
To create a transfer rate, press the “+ Transfer Rate” button in the “Transfer Rates” section.
Begin by selecting the vehicle type to create the transfer rate for, the transfer rate (enter the rate with dollars and cents, for example “100.00”), and cancellation hours (This is the window before the trip in which you will bill if there is a cancel).
Next you will select the points between where the rates will be applicable. Possible combinations are Airport to City, City to City, and Airport to Airport (for example: DFW to Dallas; Boston, MA to Cambridge, MA; or LAX to LAX).
For “Point 1” select whether the point is an Airport or a City, then proceed to search for the applicable airport name/code or city name. Once the desired result is visible, select the option from the dropdown menu. When completed correctly, you will see a green check mark next to the field.
Repeat this process for “Point 2” then finish by entering a start date for the transfer.The field for rate “End Date” can be filled out if rates expire after a certain date. We recommend keeping this field empty to prevent rates from expiring and interrupting trip offers.
Once you have filled out the needed information, press “Create” to create the transfer rate.

To edit any part of an hourly rate, select the “edit” field next to the desired portion that you would like to change; the field will then become editable.Once you have made the update, press the “save” button to apply your changes.
To delete any rates completely, press the “Delete” button in the row of the rate you wish to delete, then press “Confirm” in the pop up.
Transfer Rates
To edit any part of a transfer rate, select the “edit” field next to the desired portion that you would like to change; the field will then become editable. Once you have made the update, press the “save” button to apply your changes. To delete any rates completely, press the “Delete” button in the row of the rate you wish to delete, then press “Confirm” in the pop up.
Searching for Transfer Rates
In order to help find transfer rates that you have entered, we have provided a search field to assist. You can use one or multiple of the search field inputs. For example, if you wanted to see all “SUV” transfer rates, you can use the “Vehicle Type” drop down, select “SUV” and press “Search”.
Or, if you wanted to look up just transfers from a specific airport, you would press the check box with the airplane (to look up airports) and type in the desired Airport (for example “LGA”). When completed properly, you should see a green checkbox in the Airport (or City) field. Then hit search to return your results.
Finally, you can use all three search fields to search and target a specific rate. For example, if you wanted to search just the SUV rate on file from “LGA” to “New York City, NY.”
